Was there for business and they are doing a lot of improvements to the rooms. The service is top notch. Napoleon was an absolute delight! He went above and beyond for several on our team!
While I do believe the establishment as a whole needs a remodel, I can honestly say Kaitlyn at the Courtyard in Gastonia is an absolute gem! She’s friendly and personable without being overbearing — the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. Always makes you feel welcome and taken care of.
We stay here eveytime we come to visit and have the best stay. Napoleon, the manager, has been so friendly and helpful today. He's a true asset to the hotel.
A gentleman named D was an incredible help to me today and I’m very thankful. He was polite, friendly, helpful, and professional. The staff is awesome and management should award the incredible staff.
Had a wonderful stay and the staff was amazing. They helped out anyway they could. The little pool was a great to cool down. Wish I was alone no kids would have been better. I would definitely come back. Please have microwave on the floors or in the rooms. Refrigerator was way too small but my biggest issues was a man walked in our room at 9pm.
Mario is amazing, he made my stay better than hotels that are twice the price. He is friendly, provides great service in the bistro and gives great recommendations!
This isn't a luxury property, but it is very nice- exactly what you would expect from a Courtyard by Marriott. The rooms were clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful.
“Exceptional Service at the Bar!” During my stay, the highlight was definitely the bar experience thanks to kaitlyn. Not only were the drinks perfectly crafted, but the warm, welcoming personality made each visit feel special. She remembered my preferences, offered great recommendations, and created a fun, relaxing atmosphere that made me want to linger. Truly professional, attentive, and friendly, she even calls me Shanene lol, she should be rewarded for such great service. I will be back, this kind of service takes a hotel experience to the next level!
